How To Be Positive

Focus on the positive things How it started… There was a time in my life when I felt like every single aspect of it sucked. Everything seemed to go wrong and nothing felt like working out.  I felt like no one really cared, every single relationship was just a "convenience" thing and not one would actually last. I felt lonely among friends and family and nothing they said could change that.   Positive things that happened to me I could no longer acknowledge, all I saw was negativity. You might have guessed it at this point: I was frustrated and depressed. Thankfully, I overcame that relentless feeling eventually with the help of some great people who showed me another perspective. They showed me that happiness, contentment and inspiration is everywhere and so much easier achievable than most people assume. The only things you need is an open mind, a better relationship with yourself and time.
